How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship all orders within 24 hours.

Can I cancel an order?

If you cancel it before it shipped, then yes. To cancel an order e-mail us at cancel@ItsAlways420.com. Otherwise, you will have to follow the Return Policies.

What is your Return Policy?

If item has not been opened and is sealed then you may return the item(s). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You have 30 days from date order was shipped.

Once we receive the item, we will credit your account for the full price of the item.

Do I pay Sales Tax?

Sales Tax is only applicable if you are in the state of Florida. If your shipping address is in Florida, then YES you pay sales tax (6.5%). Otherwise, no sales tax is applicable.

Can I make an International order?
